August 2022 Had to get my carpets cleaned again, as per rental terms. Yet again J was available when we needed him and did a fantastic job! 🙏 More than happy to recommend his service's! Having checked out a few and not been impressed I spoke with J and we agreed term's. J arrived at the time we agreed and he set to work cleaning. He suggested some changes and he was spot on. The carpets looked amazing and smelled great, not a stain, or mark to be found. He did what he had promised, on budget and efficiently! I searched for a floor cleaning specialist, numerous companies popped up - I was dragged towards this company firstly due to over 300 reviews which is already pretty challenging to build up and second the social media/website was up to date. We needed a floor to be cleaned and some windows at the end of a year project where particles settled in an area from workmanship being carried out. It was yesterday I contacted and within 24 hours Jermaine has been to site removed the particles we was struggling ourselves to get off and left the place outstanding. This company shouldn’t be competitive as the level of cleaning leaves many others behind, the updates and communications was top tier! Had recently looked after some very mucky dogs who had left my carpet stained and stinky to say the least. Got in touch with MCC while I was still on holiday to see if he could fit me in when I got back. He managed to squeeze me in that day and I arranged for my mom to meet him at the house. Mom told me how professional he was and Jermaine mentioned to my mom that he was trying a new natural detergent. My mom usually struggles if there are any harsh chemicals in the air but says she wasn’t effected by fumes at all. Unfortunately, Jermaine let me know that his machine was temporarily out of service, but he arranged for another company to complete the job. Sadly, they rushed the work, charged more, and left stains behind. However, Jermaine went above and beyond—he personally returned to the property, re-cleaned all the carpets, and successfully removed the remaining stains. I highly recommend the cleaning services, J. has been very professional, cleaned carpets very fast and the house was smelling amazing. I am a cat owner so you can imagine the estate of my carpets, however, after the cleaning they were looking like new. Do you want one more reason to contact them? I booked an end of tenancy deep clean and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The flat was left absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Every room looked like new, especially the carpets which came up so fresh after the clean all the general wear andstains were completely gone. The kitchen and bathroom were finished to a really high standard as well, with all surfaces, cupboards, and flooring left shining and hygienic. You could tell a lot of attention was paid to the details, including skirting boards, corners, and hard-to-reach areas. The property was left spotless and perfectly ready for the next tenant, which took a lot of stress off me. We are a domestic abuse refuge called Contento Social Homes in Birmingham, our 16 bed HMO's carpets needed cleaning, we got in touch and they visited us on the same day, evaluated the building and gave us our quote with the dates they are free (same week) within one day they booked us in and did a wonderful job! I had bubblegum on my carpet and heard about MCC cleaning company through a friend of mine. I spoke to the company and they was very polite and give me a time and a day and they turned up on time and on the work professionally and also was very polite. He explained about a new drying machine what they have and the time should take half of the time then before the drying machine was very excellent and it dried within the half of the time as he said. We were offered a ‘one stop’ service including a deep house cleaning, carpet and curtain cleaning, window cleaning, clearing the garden, power washing the patio, and fence repair. found this coming company whilst I was just looking for a car upholstery cleaning company at short notice to clean and freshen up my car. From the start to finish he was amazing. Not shortly after I put in an enquiry with a phone call Johnson called back to fix a date and time convenience to me . He was courteous and professional, He was able to book a slot with me at short notice ( less than a week ) and gave me a choice of a few appointment times. The costing was also very reasonable considering my tight budget. I received a couple of confirmation reminder texts towards the booked day and on the actual day he arrived not just on time but early. From the time that Johnson arrived, he was friendly, professional and was kind. He explained what he was going to do and carried on with no disruptions. The payment method was easy and in total Johnson was all done after about an hour and a half. The car seats looked amazing. Rang jermaine to enquire about getting a quote to have my carpets cleaned, including a very smelly room due to puppy urine which the vax cleaner i used just spread and made it alot worse. Jermaine was at mine within an hour to inspect and gave a very reasonable quote. Jermaine and his colleague carried out the clean the next morning.
